Aims

The reciprocity between Humans and Plants & Trees is extraordinary. The world is waking up to the fact that Trees present the top ‘Nature Based Solution’ for carbon sequestering - and we intend to speed up that increasing awareness to create the tipping point.

Approach

Partnering with BBC Studios’ Natural History Unit and the trailblazing Moondance Foundation, On Purpose brokered the partnership for the digital outreach initiative #ourgreenplanet to reach (we hope) >1 billion people. We aim to provoke behavioural change and important activity around Global Tree Planting and Tree Censuses (for example).

To restore our tree population - 6 Trillion is the world’s target.
